Service was good until a year ago. New woman in the office is not helpful at all in most circumstances. She knows very little about trailers. Right now there is very few trailers to choose from. Enclosed trailers and dump trailers are being delivered pretty regularly. Yet Big Tex, Aluma and Better Built are not delivering trailers as they should. Not owners fault, but the selection is not great right now is not great right now.

I have never left a review on Google before, but Trailer Town USA has done me so wrong that I want to make sure others are aware before they waste their time too.
I called last Thursday and spoke with the owner regarding purchasing a new enclosed trailer. I asked what the cost would be. He gave me a number and said that it "should be that", but that prices are going up. On the following Monday, I left work early and drove over 30 minutes to Trailer Town USA only to be told that the owner was not in and that he would not be back until Thursday. When I asked the lady if anyone else could help me

Customer service was top notch. No pressure to buy, plenty of inventory to pick from, prices are fair, and speedy service. Very happy with the trailer we bought and the service we received. Definitely recommend this business for all your trailer needs.

I rolled into Trailertown at 3pm asking to get a hub fixed on my trailer in preparation to take it down to North Carolina. They were all over it and even took care of a tire issue I had. Price was very reasonable, work was fast and everyone I talked to was pleasant to deal with. Great experience!!!

We have been searching for a stock trailer, found Trailertown online, called, they were super helpful and we made the 30 minute trip to their Ruckersville location, fully expecting the assistance we had on the phone to be similar to the in-person sale. My husband arrived and there was an elderly woman there, she said they didnt have what we wanted in stock and sent my husband away. My husband figured he may have went to the wrong place and went to a few other trailer locations, none of which were correct. He returned toTrailertown about an hour later and again dealt with the elderly land, my husband

Purchased a great trailer, Aluma 7712H. Business damaged side rail during spare tire holder installation at time of purchase.
Noticed the permanent damage to side rail, when I removed it for cleaning recently.
Owner hasn't respond to my email or phone calls to try and get a replacement for my now damaged RH Side rack.
Watch what you have them do to your trailer. Stripped six bolts and permanently bent my side rail. Also used wrong adapter that chewed into the aluminum rail on rack tube.

Went in to track down a short on my BRI-MAR dump trailer and they were extremely busy. They still took the time to check it over and found the short in no time. Excellent service, something that is hard to find this day and time!

Bought some trailer lights and they were the wrong ones even though they were labeled correctly. Trailertown worked very hard to find the problem; ended up being a fault of the manufacturers. Called when the correct lights were in and had no problem exchanging them. Excellent customer service.
