Horrible horrible service here. As my family new to the area, trying to find new eye care center and this place will NOT be it. Front office ladies never answer your questions with a clear informational answers. We are a year into COVID and all adjusted but now.
At this eye center, you need to make an appointment just to fix your glasses. Who knows when that happens so you're at their mercy weather or not you can see the next few days or not. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone........

Dr. Christian Flickner is one of the best ophthalmologists I have ever seen! I had a concern about a change in my vision and he was able to see me within a couple of hours. In addition, after determining further testing was necessary, he made arrangements for me to go to another doctor later that day. Additionally, he's just a nice, friendly guy!

I want to first and foremost show appreciation to the staff and Dr. Flickner who were so welcoming from the moment I made an appointment to get a comprehensive eye exam. The examination process was explained from the beginning and at every other moment insuring that I was comfortable and that I understood what was going on. After the exam was done and Dr. Flickner told me what my new rx was he welcomed me to the office. After that Pam was sooo extremely helpful and patient with me in showing me what frame would better suit me. She helped me choose the best pair! Thank you so much! I can't wait

Went here for the first time in October of 2016 as I realized I was unable to see things at a distance that others could see. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable and I was able to get set up with glasses and could finally see everything I was missing! I just recently went back for another eye exam and was once again impressed by the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Their advanced eye imaging means no need for dialation and I was able to get a new pair of glasses. This place is a bit on the expensive side but we'll worth the cost.
