Colby started work in contracting at the age of nine with his father who owned a successful plumbing company. His work with his dad taught Colby about construction and repairs as well as about tools and their functions. Following his plumbing experience, Colby worked on a farm, with a pool renovation company, and as a roofer.
Eventually, Colby started working in the restaurant industry where he spent six years making pizza, cooking, and serving in various Italian restaurants, all while balancing two other jobs. In 2010, Colby started working for a successful painter who showed him what it meant to be a great painter. After almost four years of painting, Colby decided to start his own company at the young age of twenty-one.

Davis painting did an amazing job painting the entire main floor of my house. I couldn’t be happier with the way it looks. The Davis Painting team did an incredible job in painting the entire interior of our home. I hired Davis to resand and seal our patio. After the job was complete, the first rain and the sand disappeared. I emailed the owner who I asked himself to come look at it because I had never had this issue with the patio before and we have had it resanded and sealed. He did not come but sent his guy out to fix. This happened a few times. The last time he said this was the last time they could come out and do this, it must be our patio settling. As I mentioned this patio is not new and this never happened before. After reading the sand should be installed 1/8 inch below the top of the paver which

It is easy to get an estimate (lowest among the few we got) and set up an appointment. The tech got here on time and is very polite and professional He did a great job washing the house exterior and got rid of all the dark spots. The whole exterior is spotless now.

Davis Painting gets 5 stars in my book. Colby and his crew power washed my house and performed several painting jobs. Andy did a great job power washing and Don's painting of skirt, shutters and front door were excellent. Rick also stopped by to lend a hand. The entire crew was very professional and treated my home with upmost care. I would highly recommend this company and plan to use them for some of my future projects.

I highly recommend Davis Painting. I am very impressed and will hire them for the rest of my professional painting needs. Job Description: two-story foyer and adjoining hallways, doors, trim and ceilings. They properly fixed all nail pops (I had a LOT), taped/repaired a crack in the ceiling, smoothed a visible gap between drywall panels (which was not done by whoever painted previously), caulked all interior corners, and...no tape. They also only use top of the line paint - Sherwin-Williams Emerald. They left my home clean and free of dust, damage and debris. The job took two days to complete and
