My experience with Key West Engine Service was a stereotype of the mechanic in National Lampoon's Vacation. I
Got an estimate for oils and filters to be changed on my new/old '92 Sea Ray 500 Sundancer. The estimate was very high but they assured me that it would cover any contingency. The trouble started when I noticed that the racors fuel filters had not been changed and a belt on the genet had not been changed. When I brought this to their attention they would not admit to the possibility that they had made a mistake; would not even discuss it as a potential issue. Next they suggested
