When Microsoft released Windows 10, they said that there would be no Windows 11. They told us that now Windows was a service and that we would see bi-annual updates to Windows 10 from now on. As recently as mid-June even Cortana would tell us that Windows 11 would not be released. It will be a free upgrade, and the update should run similarly to a regular Windows 10 update.
It does require an 8th generation processor and a TPM 2 chip that is enabled note: you may have a TPM chip that is disabled on your system. If so you would have to enable it in your BIOS before you could upgrade to 11. Some speculation that even systems with lower specs CAN upgrade, but not necessarily recommended.

Brady has been such a blessing for our office after we realized that our system was really not set up the way it should've been. He is responsive, and does everything he can to get to us as soon as he can. We usually don't have to wait long. His billing is prompt and the invoices are easy to understand (which is not always the case with IT services) so that I can track our expenses properly.
Senior Training is a video series for people who want to better understand their computers, but want to learn at their own pace. It covers a few Windows basics, using the Start button, downloading and installing Chrome, organizing Favorites, and more.

I am so glad I called Brady! He was so VERY HELPFUL, professional and I had been driven crazy with AT&T for three hours on the phone. Brady answered all my questions, worked on both my Mac and IPad Air. I am totally satisfied. I would call him again in a heartbeat.

We are visiting the area and our laptop went down! It was devastating, as it is the lifeline to our financial management and our families during our travels. I got online and googled a repairman. "Call Brady" had so many great reviews, I had to give him a try. I called the office and his assistant was so friendly and said to bring it on in. His assistant (I failed to get her name) was so very helpful!! Within 10 minutes I walked out with a 100% working laptop! So thankful for her experience and the explanation of what happened and how to remedy it if need be in the future!!

In preparing to switch to Windows 10, I found that a lifetime of my document and spreadsheet files were showing signs of not being stable on my pc. I had the Dell technicians (by remote viewing) to access the problem.....and they informed me that my files were corrupted and could NOT be saved. This is not what you want to hear! I spent days copy/pasting files to produce a print out of the most important file data. AND then my luck changed....I found Brady Gilbert who came to my home and within a few minutes he completely corrected the file problem and saved a lifetime of work. The data was transferred

Brady is an excellent IT resource and technician and an honest and respectful businessman. He always explains the steps he is taking or recommending at my level of expertise. I've called on Brady for almost two years now because I trust that he will look for the best solution for my particular technology issue, not simply rely on a "standard" response, in as timely a manner as possible. He promptly responds to a call, and if he can't get there right away, he gives me an accurate indication of when he can. Best of all, his solutions work!
