Annie is such a bliss and she understood what I wanted even better then I was able to explain it. I got blue color hair for the first time ever and honestly my hubby was too concerned and not confident about how it will turn out. We both loved it in the end as Annie did awesome work. Including the hair cut.

Annie was away in emergency and appointed a temporary girl Noreen. I got my hairs dyed from her employee noreen. She was highly rude and unskilled my hairs were ruined. Moreover, she argued very rudely. I rescheduled after annie was back and informed annie. Now I see she posted some bad comments about annie which is totally wrong and BS. Annie turned her out due to various other complains about her. Thanks annie for redoing my hairs exactly like I wanted as usual.

Owner of this salon first took my appointment saying she will do my hair styling and on the day of appointment, she put me through some other staff for doing my highlights, promising to do my haircut and finally that didn’t happen too. She doesn’t absolutely have any patience to listen to customers requirement. She just will rush through things to get herself freed up for the next appointment.

Do not use this place for an updo whatever you do. Went in and showed them messy curly updos and wanted some thin braids in it. First they gave me a helmet bouffant, then the chick who was working on it didn't even know how to braid well. She then started putting in curls without any product, even though I said my hair needs product first because without it the curls will fall in an hour. I was looking for a loose kind of messy updo, if I'd let them keep going I would have wound up looking like some toddlers and tiaras debutant trash. Not what I asked for, not stylish and not good

I have been going to Salon 786 for a couple of years now. Annie is always accomodating and is skilled at the art of color. I had to go out of town for awhile and had no choice but to go to another salon. Needless to say, Annie took care of bringing my hair color back to life and looking healthy again. Personal friendly service ....always.

Will never be back! Tried this place out twice and both times a disaster. First time was over charged to which the manager did fix but that left an impression. Decided everyone makes mistakes so let's try again. Huge mistake! Walked in and three ladies sitting talking with the clients they had BUT they were not cutting, styling or doing anything but talking. Not so much as a "hi can we help you" nothing. I found Salon 786 when I couldn't lift my arm and needed someone to wash my hair. That was a year and a half ago and I became a regular there with Annie immediately! I've been using this salon and stylist, Annie, for several years. It is an awesome shop and always a pleasure to be there. Great color, cut, and eyebrow threading!
