My wife bought me a gift certificate for Berthas for a back and shoulder wax. I didn't know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised.

She is so personable. She has a great sense of humor. The way she waxes is nearly painless. You can tell she knows what she is doing.
Overall I had a great experience and will return.
