Miss diagnoses of eyes 3 times. Wrong PRESCRIPTION 3 times. You add things to glasses they charge insurance and they DO NOT ADD. DR TOLD ME I HAVE BAD CATARACTS. HAD A SECOND OPINION I HAVE NO CATERACTS. MY GLASSES DID NOT HAVE RIGHT PRESCRIPTION. GO TO FIND OUT THEY DID NOT HAVE ANYTHING RIGHT. IF THEY TELL YOU. IT MAY TAKE A FEW DAYS TO GET USED to them chances are they are wrong. Please get a second opinion. This doctor will tell you you have cataracts schedules eye surgery you may not need it.SECOND OPINION PEOPLE .

Dr. Hardgrave is amazing. He is kind and courteous and listens to his patients. The staff is also friendly and very helpful. They had an issue with authorizing my insurance, but with a quick phone call the staff got the issue resolved and placed a rush order on my eyeglasses. I would highly recommend them!

Its been a month and still no glasses. Everything was fine up until they made the glasses. Ugh this is so frustrating. The assistant wrote the wrong info and now here we are waiting for the correct pair of glasses. The office staff is not too organized and communication would be a plus with each other and the patient!!!!!!
UPDATE:went to pick up the glasses today 4/3/19 and its not what was picked out. I've never had this problem before not sure what the issue is. So fed up with the whole situation. So maybe in six months the right pair of glasses will be ready!!!!
