We called this business early spring of 2019. They did an aerial estimate of our yard, mailed us a contract outlining 5 annual treatments and the cost, and we signed and returned the contract. We additionally requested aeration and seeding. The aeration and seeding was done; however, they did not return to do any more treatments. When I called and complained that we had not had the contracted services performed, they then showed up in July for the "early spring " treatment. They never came or called after that and we basically lost a year in trying to get our yard in shape.
