Worst dentist EVER! I never leave reviews but my experience I had with Dr. Zaileen Juma was the worst experience thus far! First she told me I had a cavity that needed to be filled, said it was small after filling it and the medication wore off the tooth was bothering me, went back she said the bite was off and it just needs to be adjusted. Following day,still the same… went back she adjusted the bite again. Next week the tooth was bothering me REALLY bad, went back. She said she had to redo the filling. After that went home, few weeks later the tooth started to turn black! Went back she said

This was my first visit at Welleby Dental. I’m truly terrified of dental visits. I was pleasantly surprised at the staff’s professionalism, courteousness and understanding at Welleby Dental. Catalina was my hygienist. I would definitely recommend her. She made me feel comfortable and she did a great job and I have very sensitive teeth and she did not hurt me. I have been to this practice for a few years now and have not loved the prior hygienist working on my teeth. But I would definitely come back just to see her. I don’t leave reviews for negative feedback but she definitely deserves a five star!

I recently moved to the area and was in the process of looking for a new dentist. I had to rush the process because I started having terrible pain in my mouth. I called this office and they quickly found me an appointment. They ended up fitting me in last minute because I was in so much pain. When I got there, everyone was so nice and welcoming. I am so happy that I found them, and very thankful they were so accommodating.

Not a good experience at all.From waiting for someone to come to the desk the 2 times I was in the office to the way they treat people. The office was dead and I had a 2:00 apt that took almost 2 hours for a consult that I was charged 69 dollars for Juma to tell me what I needed. Then wanted 1,000 for a deep clean.Thats with my dental insurance paying half the cost. And if the doc. Or staff post about my private records on this site like they do with everyone on this site they will have problems.The most unprofessional practice I have ever dealt with.

I Recently relocated to the area and selected this dental office based on the list given by my insurance provider. The office staff is friendly and accommodating, however during my exam with the dentist is when I received the shock. After years of maintaining my dental care with my previous office, somehow I entered this office needing a deep cleaning in all quadrants and multiple fillings. If I could give a migraine rating I would. I've been going to this place for many years. Beware of what your paying for and what's covered by your insurance. They told me I need a deep cleaning (which I had in 2017) plus they added some more things to my bill...my out of pocket for the deep cleaning plus other things was over $900. I refused and told them I'll switch insurance and come back after the new year.
