Arbor Vision just finished trimming a bunch of trees in our backyard and they made the entire experience super easy. Zen came out to give us an initial quote and was really helpful and knowledgeable. 5 minutes in and it was obvious that he knew what he was talking about. Zen made recommendations for trimming / fertilization and even took the time to look at a few trees that weren't part of the bid to make sure they were healthy. Zen had a fair bid over electronically in no time (which we obviously accepted).

Fabulous service. Showed up with full array of equipment and several staff members. Trimmed one tree a tad shorter than would have liked but my fault for getting distracted in house. Besides will grow back. Didn't leave chipper running all the time (so no noise/air pollution. And cleaned up beautifully--even putting back some big potted plants in right spot without being asked!

I found Arbor Vision right here on Yelp. The reviews are excellent and the estimate I received was competitive. Not the least expensive, but you get what you pay for. The first team of 5 guys were on time and had the tree down quickly. Team 2 showed up shortly thereafter and ground the stump. The entire area was cleaned up like it never happened. Highly recommend these guys.

We wanted to get rid of some extremely heavy branches on the neighbor's tree that could be a danger given Bay Area's crazy wind. We first got an estimate from Alex. He matched the lowest estimate we had got from elsewhere. The work date was months away since the crew was very busy at the time. But the crew showed up on time, wearing masks, clarified our expectations, and got to work. The crew was very efficient and clean. All of the heavy branches were removed and then some. We can actually see some blue sky through the trees for the first time in almost a decade.

I called to the Arbor Vision Service after the last windy weekend that produced a real disaster in my backyard. The response was very quick. I highly recommend Arbor Vision, Inc. and Mike Waller, owner and I.S.A. Certified Arborist! Here is why: We have four redwoods that were each planted for four of our children. The trees are 40 years old and truly "part of our family!" The city was requiring us to remove one of the trees as part of a sound wall replacement project. I called Mike Waller of Arbor Vision to evaluate whether the tree would survive the root damage resulting from excavation the city was requiring. I had Michael come out to provide a free estimate for the tree we needed cut in our backyard. This wasn't the first estimate I had received, but Michael was noticeably knowledgeable, professional and willing to help than others I had contacted.

Mike has been trimming our trees for years and we always call him when we are need. His work is top notch and he has an eye for detail as well as a knack for revealing the tree's natural beauty. Our row of Italian cypress trees and our bay tree all get quite out of control and unruly and block the light to our backyard. Mike and Guillermo took care of this and we love the finished product. They always leave the place cleaner than they found it and haul away the trimmings. They trimmed trees in front too and did an equally fantastic job. We highly recommend Arbor Vision! Had Michael and his team remove a big old pepper tree stump from behind our swimming pool. This stump had roots everywhere. They also removed 2 trees and stump ground those as well. They came when they said they would. Removed the 2 trees and ground down and removed the old pepper tree stump. They pick axed the roots by hand that were around my Jacuzzi vent since they couldn't get their machine to close without damaging it. Michael also hand picked some smaller stumps that were growing up against my retaining wall. They cleaned up and took all the tree trimmings away. I would defiantly
