The people at Lori Janko are wonderful. I switched insurance to them recently and they made it extremely easy on me. DeAnna answered every single question I had and made me feel comfortable switching which is not something I've found in other insurance companies. She went above and beyond to provide stellar service and she is the main reason I decided on state farm. I will be telling all of my friends and family that state farm is the way to go!

My wife and I have been with Lori for so many years I cannot recall how many. What I can remember is that every situation that has come up over this period of time, she and her staff have not disappointed and always been there to address any claims as well as answer any questions. Lori and her office have been outstanding!

I had a couple questions concerning a claim I had filled a little while back. I called and spoke with Jillian and she helped me with all my questions while staying completely professional. She also connected me with a lady from the claims department, whoever that lady was as well, was also nice and very helpful. Great people to go to. Keep it up 👍🏼👍🏼
