Amazing energy here at Innerfit. I feel they have my best interest in my health with this one stop place to help my body. I've gotten the best massages here! The the infrared sauna and the magnetic bed I suggest you try! I feel my body has Bennifited from the detox. The staff was available for all my questions because I was over curious and taught me the machines. A Complete total health place!!!! Thank you!!! *****

This place is A-mazing!
This is definitely not one of your typical gym-like atmospheres. It's like some sort of luxurious spa, that also caters to health, fitness, and well-being, too. The people who run InnerFit want what's truly best for you...not just what creates income for them. Plus, they are 'genuine' type people, which is a nice refreshing change from the typical Gymish-One Track-Love em and Leave em-Type person.
I've been going there for months now, and enjoy every moment I set foot into the place.
If you wanna try something DIFFERENT - go there and experience

Innerfit is a next level fitness and wellness experience!! After just a few minutes, It became clear that every aspect of this facility emits beauty and wellness from the inside out. Upon parking I was met with nature - an urban oasis of big trees, large rocks with a cascade of water flowing down. Arriving inside the tranquil but uplifting innerfit entrance, I was imbibed with a feeling of exclusive "circuit wellness." I was greeted by knowledgeable and gracious staff who guided me through the state of the art fitness equipment.
