For the last several months I had been searching for a home in this crazy market and Jeff kept on top of everything on the financial side of things. He was always there to answer any questions and write up a pre-qual letter. Once a home was found, the closing process was nice and smooth. I had 21 years left on my 30 yr fixed mortgage and was looking to refinance to a lower interest rate on a 15 year fixed loan. I had received several quotes from lenders when I contacted Justin Neal at Summit Mortgage. He was able to lower my rate from 3.875 to 2.125 and beat all of the other competitors on rate and (more importantly) monthly payment. From initial contact to closing date it was exactly one month. He arranged for a quick close (1 week from final approval) and lined up a mobile closer to come to our house the morning of the day we were leaving on vacation instead of having to wait
