I recently ordered for the first time from Venus Fashion. I have always loved the styles they had on their website and finally decided to try it. I had a free shipping coupon for $75 or more and bought 3 items. I already knew that I had to pay for return shipping, so I was prepared for that if I had any returns. I ended up keeping 1 of the 3 tops because the other 2 didn't fit as well. I was a customer since 2006 and had various luck with sizing and fitting. I appreciated that their stretchy viscose materials they use a lot. They seem to use east european factories as well as chinese ones and sizes vary between those garments, but they don't indicate the origin in the description. But that is not the reason I am quitting shopping with them. I started noticing weird website pricing trends a while ago, such as a price increase right before "sale" announcement. I just ordered all. my fall winter clothes. I m a big fan of their clothing. Made well decent pricing and trendy clothes. One stop shop for me 2 times a year. Spring to summer. Fall to winter. I even bought a sheepskin coat last yr and its still in awesome shape. The over the knee boots are comfy and soft.

Please DO NOT order from this place!!! I've ordered clothing from the UK and received more helpful information about my package tracking. It takes a min of 7 days to get your package and another 7 if it's lost!!! If you want to blame the carriers, Switch carriers! I got my package from the UK in 5 days. The dress I ordered from here was for my daughters Senior year Homecoming. You know how important that is. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!

I ordered a bathing suit from Venus originally on 09/08/2021. I ordered the top in size 32 D. First delivery the tip came in 32 A. I called and complained to the customer service associate who wanted to argue with me On their mess up. They did agree to send out the correct size 2nd day air at no fee. Unfortunately when I received the new top it was still the wrong size. I called again to complain and once again the customer service associate wanted to argue with me. I am completely disappointed with Venus's return policy. I have bought from them for years. During the pandemic when everything was closed and we were all forced to buy online, I purchased several items. I did not like the way 1 fit, and they charged me $6.95 to return and then added an additional $4.95 for previous shipping promotion. Completely hidden fee. Please keep in mind, if you order from them and do not like it, you will pay $12 for return shipping no matter how big or small the return package is.

I tried to resolve a refund issue several times through email. I was okay with 6.95 processing fee, even though the error was on the company. However, I received a partial refund and no merchandise I would not recommend this company. I order online all the time. Venus has very poor customer service.

I returned a couple of items for a credit to my credit card.
Instead, they sent me the same items in a larger size. I have been waiting a long time for my credit and am irritated that they took it upon themselves to send me larger sizes that I did not request. Now, they will probably charge me $6.95 shipping for items I did not order. I will not do business wih them again.

Zero customer service. Order and wait 24 hours to process your order. Then wait 24 hours for a customer service response. EVEN IF YOU PAY FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY. Can't comment on product since still not received. Literally, this is what the customer service rep says via email: "Thank you for contacting us. Emails are answered in the order received. I am astonished that how bad their customer service is. I asked for them to cancel my order 5 minutes after ordering. On the chat they lied to me and said it was in process shipping. Yet I know it is not as it was 4am in California.
I actually confronted the chat that she lied. Then she changed it and said it was just processing.

Cheap, subpar fabrics & construction, looks nothing like the photos in their catalog. Then they charge you $6.95 to return their junk. The only reason I had to come here & leave a review, is because when I went on their website to warn others of the terrible quality of their knit fabric (so thin, you can see everything) it rejected my review and said "sorry review for this item has already been left" Lies!! This was my 1st attempt to even leave a review. Oh well, fool me once.... DON'T BUY FROM HERE, you are better off buying the same type of dresses on Amazon, way better

Don't place an order with this company! I placed a nice sized order online and to my surprise I received someone else's order in place of mine. When I called to report the matter, the representative initially followed by the supervisor were extremely concerned with me returning the persons order I received to the company. They TOLD me to return the order 4 times. I don't work for Venus! In no way should a customer receive someone else's order ever. I love most of their clothing, especially their dresses. I will say the sizing can be inconsistent. I ordered the same jeans, one medium wash and one white. Both size 6. The white ones were way too small. When held up together, you can see the white jeans were made a size smaller. My husband loves what I bought and I get a lot of compliments on my clothing. It's nice to have sexy and flattering clothing that is age appropriate for being 40 years old without completely breaking the bank.

I was happy to see that Venus has started selling plus size fashions. My issue is that there are no plus sized models in their catalog. I reached out to the company to express my concern because I really like the fashions I see, but there's no way of seeing if they look appropriate for a fuller figure. I've had no response from the company and it's been weeks. That shows poor customer service and they don't have to worry about me ever ordering from them.

Terrible customer service! Clothing quality is sub-par even to Amazon clothes from China. Very difficult to get any resolution with customer service even after spending thousands with them. I placed the order which showed the $30.00 off along with free shipping. when I entered my credit card the total was $145 with the $30.00 off.
When I checked my account I had been charged $175.00. The coupon had been removed after I placed the order.

- I wear a Medium with Venus but normally wear a Large on other sites. I notice many of their clothes run big (I am a size 8, 5'6", 150lbs).
- There are some cheap or lower quality items so look at the material it is made with to get a better idea of what you are getting. READ the reviews.
- The bathing suits are the best! They cover all sizes and shapes. I used to order from Victoria's Secret (#metoo) but when they stopped selling suits I switched to

I ordered 2 sweaters for my sister for her birthday and they never notified me that there was a problem with my card so nothing was ever ordered and my sister received no presents. Then I called them after hearing that she didn't get anything and they re -ordered them for me. Now a month later my sister received only one sweater and they never notified me that the other 1 was out of stock. I called to complain and they hung up on me. Then I called again and was told they would refund me 3 whole dollars! Unacceptable!

I've received gifts from Venus in the past and since the gifts have purchased from them a few more times. I just received my purchase of the EMBELLISHED PRINT TOP and the FAUX SUEDE AND LACE JACKET.
