Wee Pals is based on the idea that children continually learn by acting upon, and interacting with the world around them. The process of learning occurs naturally and within a nurturing and stimulating environment. At Wee Pals child care center, we believe that the early childhood years are the most important years in life.

Services
As your child gets older, he or she can move from our childcare setting into one of our preschool classrooms. These classes are designed with kindergarten in mind. Our teachers are trained to teach three- and four-year-olds the basic skills needed to move on to elementary school. Your children will have fun as they learn, as we incorporate music, dance, and art into basic lessons.
We take care of little ones from six weeks old through fifth grade. Our child care program gives your child/ren the skills they need to succeed throughout their educational life. Wee Pals is Parent Aware rated and follows a strict curriculum designed to meet the best practices for education. We love and nurture your little ones while you are gone, but never take your place.
In order to keep our costs down and make our child care services available to working parents and guardians, we invite everyone in the greater Owatonna area to join in our fundraising efforts. Make a difference in our community by contributing to the success of our youngest members through the Funding Factory or one of our annual fundraising events.
Provides respite care/special sitters, support, advocacy, service to children with developmental disabilities, provides speakers. Matches a child age 3-14, usually from a one parent unit with responsible adult who will spend time with the child. A United Way Program to help with medical, dental and clothing costs not covered by other services.
God has blessed Wee Pals Child Care in so many ways, including beautiful, active children, loving parents, and a dedicated staff. We are grateful to provide our children with a warm, safe place to grow in faith and develop the skills needed to be successful in the years ahead, both at school and in life.

My child hasn’t been to wee pals. This review is based on the fact that for weeks I have called multiple times because I am looking for a Christian daycare center and no one has ever answered the phone. You have the option to leave a message, which I did, that states they will call you back but they don’t. I emailed them and it’s been over two weeks still have no response. It can’t take that long to simply say sorry we have no availability.

Wee Pals provides excellent child care. They offer so many learning opportunities for my child and fun activities to keep him entertained. He loves going each day and I know that he is safe (secure building) and receiving superior caring supervision. All of the staff from food services to office staff know him by name and greet him each day making him feel special.

We have been at Wee Pals for 2 years and have 2 daughters enrolled. The staff is very caring and takes amazing care of my girls when I’m away at work. I love that they keep me undated with the day to day and send me pictures.We love all the activities they have planned in the summer like yoga, multiple water days a week, visits from kona ice, and so much time outdoor! My daughters love it here and we do too.

I love love love this place! My son was enrolled in wee pals for 10 months before we moved out of town. I wish so much that he could still attend wee pals. The staff is wonderful. They are great at engaging with your children and making a fun environment. They make new crafts in the yellow room almost everyday. They always communicate how he was every single day and great about informing me of any concerns. I can’t say enough how much I love this daycare. I will miss it so much and will hopefully come back to visit someday!

If I could 0 stars I would! The list of issues at Wee Pals is never ending! This is just the list of issues we had in the short 7 months. I would NOT recommend this child care center to anyone.
1. Severely understaffed, WAY too many kids in one classroom which has caused my children to lack the proper care that they need
2. Strongly recommended child assessment and terminated child care for not agreeing to assessment
3. Made my child wear noise canceling headphones in class without my knowledge or approval
4. Took no action to help or assist my child with bowel movements at child care center

Wee Pals has been an amazing experience for me so far. I love working for them, and I am a firm believer that you should work at a job you love. I have not had one day that I have had where I don’t want to get out of bed and not go to work. This is such a fun place to be, and the kiddos are absolutely incredible to work with.

We adore WeePals and the staff is amazing! They are constantly teaching new skills and are really focused on helping our kiddos learn and grow while surrounding them with love! The programming is excellent with lots of focus on preschool readiness with tons of fun and activities! They do great events and field trips all year like pumpkin patches, The County Fair, even fishing! Visitors like the tooth fairy and firemen and many more! A Christmas concert, Halloween parade, and lots of other fun and educational activities. And, I really like their focus on lots of outdoor time everyday! Their teachers

My daughter has been going to Wee Pals for 3 years, and has really enjoyed her time here. She's gone through transitions to different rooms while growing up, and they've always made the transitions easy for her. She really enjoys the teachers and the different activities that they do. My son has been going for a little over a year, he started out in baby room, and there really aren't enough words to describe how wonderful that team is. I never once wondered if my son was in good care and the communication between the team back to me was exactly what I'd hope for with a baby. They are such a loving
