Dahlberg Law Office is a small firm in Duluth, Minnesota, which is concerned not with the quantity of clients it can serve, but rather with the quality of service it can provide each of its clients on an individual basis. Duluth lawyer Chris Dahlberg believes the advantage of his firm lies in its size.

Dahlberg Law Firm practices in business law for Duluth business owners to ensure a smooth transfer of the business interest. Buy-Sell Agreements help businesses provide for a smooth, orderly transfer of a business interest. This transfer can come either upon a business owner's desire to leave willingly, or not so, such as through a death or incapacity.
The family cabin or lake house is more than a valuable family asset; it's a tradition and a legacy to many Minnesota families. Frequently, clients come to my office asking how they can assure their cabin stays in the hands of family for years to come. There are generally two methods used: a cabin trust or a Limited Liability Company ("LLC").
The first step in the ENE Process proceeding is the Initial Case Management Conference (ICMC). This is the initial meeting with the judge to establish Court control of the case's progress, provide Court intervention in the early stages, discuss the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) process, establish deadlines, discuss settlement opportunities and set future hearings if needed.

If I could give a rating lower than 1 star I would. After two months of very limited, poorly written communication he sends a large bill claiming to have put nearly 10 hrs of work into DRAFTING an 8 pg very standard document. This resulted in him going way over the budget we had agreed upon. Do not trust him and do not sign anything with him. He is working for his own best interests and does not respect his clients.

Mr. Dahlberg left us feeling angry and cheated. He did not adhere to the verbal agreement at the time of our initial meeting and demonstrated no interest in working with us to correct the issue. His communication was poor, and the quality of his work did not reflect the amount of time he billed us for its completion. I would very strongly recommend staying away from this firm with my recent experience.

Mr Dahlberg and staff were cordial, experienced, and professional. They were able to answer all of our questions and some that we hadn't even considered. In a timely manner we received a well ordered packet of our custom estate plan with all the bases covered. The rates were reasonable and all of their work was documented.
