I have had several family members there and still do have a Grandmother there. She is always happy, well groomed and cared for, and complimentary of the staff. They go above and beyond to entertain and do special activities for the residents and families to enjoy (even through COVID). It’s a top notch facility.

This is a poor place to have your family.
From what I have witnessed the rooms are half cleaned. The certified nursing assistants are never around to help. Most of them you can find hiding in residents rooms on there phones or hiding in the bath houses. Most of management is childish and will try to make you quit if they don't like something about you. They will say one thing to save face and turn around and do the opposite. Residents are stuck in there rooms to watch TV The ones that do walk around go from door to door begging and crying to get out. All the photos they have are staged. They spend

My father reported to me that my grandmother's room wasn't being cleaned properly and was filthy which we got resolved, but it's always something new with them. Just went recently and found my grandmother's… dentures weren't in her mouth. I found them in her medicine cabinet and cleaned them but noticed them broken. Notified nursing staff and found out it will be a week or two before teeth fixed!!!!!!!!!!! How does she eat??
