We use Principal LEDs on all of our projects. We used to use a HUGE name brand that also makes TVs, but found that the quality in Principals are on par and cost less. We gave a presentation to SWA (architect) and showed them a mock up letter using P-LED warm white Street Fighters. Our presentation also illustrates the quality and service we get from P-LED and GSG.
In addition to accelerated life and LM-79 and LM-80 test data, we track all returns. Principal LED sign modules has a failure rate of less than 0.01%. That is why we offer extended labor warranty on our entire line of outdoor LEDs for signs. Our RGB Controllers will operate 60-100 feet if there is a clear line of site between the remote and the controller.

The products seem good but I feel they have difficulties with communication especially when trying to call or email them with an enquiry. The process can become a little frustrating when you need advise on a product and need to order quickly. My first order they delivered to the wrong address and then promised a next day delivery and then 5 days later I received the delivery but by then I had to reschedule all contractors involved for both the fitting profiles and the electrics. I am happy to give them a second chance if anyone picks up their phone :)
