From the initial phone call to set up the appointment to the last day the guys were here we had nothing but amazing service. Ray was absolutely phenomenal in explaining everything. The office staff was incredible. We are so happy with their service and would recommend then to anyone.

A pipe in my basement burst and I called ServPro Frederickburg and it was not long before they showed up. I had a lot of damage since it had apparently burst awhile before I went downstairs. They did a fantastic job with water damage cleanup and mold remediation. The crew was extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable.

Absolutely incredible service. I’ve never dealt with a company where they were professional, courteous and so hard working. Fred and crew were exceptional to deal with. Fred answered all questions, found damage areas I hadn’t seen and always nice when communicating with me. They were here 6-1/2 hours and I never heard a complaint and it was hard work. I have to shout out to Ray and his assistant who were here on last day…great clean up and also very nice to deal with. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

After having a water leak in our basement, our insurance company referred us to ServPro of Fredericksburg. They were AWESOME!! David, Ray and John explained what had to be done then quickly and professionally went to work. They removed all the wet carpet then brought in high power equipment to finish the drying process. Truly a positive experience. Thank you!
