Our San Rafael office is located in the heart of Marin County, 18 miles north of San Francisco. If you're traveling south on 101, take the Andersen Dr. exit and turn right at the light at the end of the off-ramp onto Francisco Blvd. W. Turn left onto Irwin St. and take the first left onto Du Bois St. Blue Pond Signs in located on the right hand side at the corner of Du Bois and Rice Drive.

UPDATE 5/23/2019 We did receive a replacement sign and it has been up for several months now with no concerns. Hopefully they have changed their operating basis because their design work really is beautiful. Thank you for the new sign and the recent followup.
Unfortunately Blue Pond Signs does not stand behind their product - had an exterior sign made for my business that did not last past 6 months. Made out of plywood, not even marine grade nor sealed, we questioned it and they said it would be fine, they warranty their work so it shouldn't be a problem... well turns out it started to separate

I had a very intricate job with a tight deadline that Blue Pond Signs knocked out of the park for me. My client is based here in Chicago and had a meeting in San Francisco and needed 31 signs delivered to their meeting location. I worked closely with Greg Van Houten and he made the whole experience seamless. This was my first time working with them and I couldn't be happier. My review is based on their customer service, we did not end up using them for our signage.
Greg was very helpful and attentive, he listened to my request and was able to provide me with several quotes. He is very knowledgeable and was always there to answer my questions.
Due to client relationships, we decided to use another company but their quotes were very competitive.

Matt at Blue Pond was great. I had to stop a job a week into it because our logo had to change. No problem. He waited patiently for the new logo, got it right back into production and the final product is great. Everything lines up perfectly and installation was pretty easy. Great customer service, great product.

Loved my experience with Blue Pond. Not only do they actually have a helpful website (their photo gallery actually labels what kind of product and material they use for each picture so you know how to ask for a quote or what to ask for), but their online quote request was easy and their response was practically immediate. Their time estimate was also right on and they kept to it.
Their quote was well within our price range (which was not very much as we are a nonprofit) and the sign is beautiful. So happy we found them and I would totally recommend them to others.

These guys do great work. They are definitely worth the extra money you pay, and I have learned with other companies that you truly get what you pay for with sign people. I've worked with Philippe a few times and he's quick to come out and he has excellent suggestions for design as well as how to improve the look of your business (with little touches).
I will continue to go back to these guys because their experience is invaluable.
