Small Grand Things offers three all inclusive package options to meet a variety of wedding needs.
The Base Package includes access from noon on Friday until noon on Sunday, onsite day of event coordinator, pavilion, elegant bridal suite with private bathroom, bridal lounge, groom loft, tables, chairs, linens and tableware for 300 guests, caterers warming kitchen, list of reputable vendors, access to grounds for photography by appointment, setup and breakdown of tables and chairs, and more.

Where to begin?? We used Small Grand Things for our outdoor wedding and reception, and it was the most perfect day! The owners were so incredibly helpful in making my dreams become reality, there wasn't a single detail overlooked! From the bridal suite, to the numerous outdoor ceremony locations, to the incredible pavilion - everything flows so nicely and I kept getting compliments throughout the night regarding how beautiful the location is. One of the most beautiful settings (especially for a fall wedding)!! Highly recommend if you're looking for a secluded, romantic location that has enough

I had my wedding July 24, 2021. It was a beautiful venue. I was told by so many friends and family who attended just how beautiful the indoor venue was and the property outside! The owners Danielle and her mother take great pride in making certain you have the perfect day. It truly was! I will recommend this place to all. It has plenty of space to get ready in the bridal lounge. I enjoyed having some of my closest friends stay with me the night before the wedding. We could not have found a more perfect setting than here at Small Grand Things.

This place is wonderful. I was a bridesmaid and all of us girls got to stay the night there in a beautiful space and in the morning the owners came and made us breakfast and made sure if we needed anything that it was available for us. The spot down by the pond where we had the wedding ceremony was beautiful and then the reception area was huge and held a lot of people.I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to have a wedding or any type of big event.

Beautiful venue tucked away on a little slice of heaven. Many wonderful spots for an outdoor ceremony with great scenery for a photo shoot. The building is all brand new with a perfect neutral color palate to compliment any event's decor. The venue provides tables, chairs, linens, etc. Owners are incredibly helpful and work with the renters every step of the way. Would highly recommend the use of Small Grand Things!
