We had a problem with our oven and had Caesar's and another company come out to give us an estimate for repair. Caesar's estimate for the part and the repair was more than 50% less compared to the other company. Everything connected to the repair was great: setting up the appointment, being prompt for the appointment and friendly repair person. Won't bother with getting estimates from anyone else in the future! Caesar's is it!

When it comes to home appliance maintenance, repairs, or expertise, I couldn't ask for anyone better than the team at Caesar's. Professional, candid, prompt with communication about repair times and costs, and exactly the type of business you want when it comes to this area. They won't overcharge, or recommend repairs or services you don't need, and as someone who is (sadly) inept at home appliance and HVAC repairs, Caesar's gives me peace of mind and I'm grateful they are around.

My built-in Miele coffee machine was broken, and my technician, Jay, was able to diagnose the problem efficiently and accurately. He was the best serviceman I’ve ever had for any appliance….efficient, polite and clearly extremely knowledgable. He even took a very quick look at another broken appliance (a washing machine) for me and let me know how to proceed, and he was completely right about that one too. Next time I won’t waste my time calling anyone else. Caesar’s (whom I’d never heard of before this) will get all of my business going forward. I highly recommend.

Every time we've had an occasion to utilize this provider's services, we have always been extremely impressed.
On the most recent occasion, our dishwasher was spilling water all over the kitchen floor. Jose of Caesar's was on time, was polite and professional and while I excused myself to finish my Cheerios, he had the appliance fixed within 45 minutes and reviewed with me the reason for the overflow onto my kitchen floor and shared how to keep "the flood" from happening again.

Local company and appreciate you can speak to a person when I scheduled the call. Kept me updated and even notified me of a cancelation and able to move my appointment sooner. Victor the tech was both professional and friendly - and needless to say experienced. These are the people you need to call if you need appliance repair!

Called about washer not filling with water.
Explained that I set the water level too high for a small load. I reset the level after it was already too high. After that it wouldn't fill again.
Serviceman looked it over and said I need a new circuit board. Everything would cost almost as much as new washer.
I just paid for the service call.
After he left it tried the washer. It works fine and working for a month, no new parts installed.
I just had my dryer serviced. See my comment for Express Appliance.

Great service on the repair (Jose) and sales (Steve) but beware of Caesars' time management skills when it comes to delivery of a new unit. They committed to an afternoon delivery and did not arrive until after 8:00 pm that evening, although I had reassurances throughout the day that they were on track for the afternoon.

We are currently renting a condo and our refrigerator finally stopped cooling (it was manufactured in 2007 so I was surprised it lasted this long). Our landlord ordered a new refrigerator and was suppose to be delivered on Friday after 4 pm with a phone call 30 minutes before arrival. Well, no phone call after 8 pm. Our landlord called and left a message since it was after hours. We were all in bed with lights out when we get POUNDING on our front door and Ring. Called Caesar's to help me with my washer.
Bob came out to the house. He was extremely kind & very neat. He spent time explaining what was wrong with the washer & how he was able to repair & fix the problem. Bob was very professional and a GREAT Representative of Caesars appliances.

Washing machine died last week. The service technician, Victor diagnosed this issue and was very honest in noting it was not likely worth an investment to repair it. 2 days later we had a a new washer and dryer. Installation was flawless as was the sales process. I recommend this business without any reservation.

Tony came out on a Friday to troubleshoot a GE oven that stopped working. He was able to determine what the problem was very quickly. Said he would order the part, and would come back as soon as the part came in. Turn around time was estimated to be about a week. I got a call on the following Tuesday to say that the part had come in and that he would come and install it the following day (much quicker than the week turn around time). Tony was simply the best - he was on time, friendly professional, honest and very knowledgeable. Thanks, Tony - very much appreciated.

I JUST RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM CEASAR'S APPLIANCE INFORMING ME THAT THEY HAVE REFUNDED MY MONEY. It took them a while, they are likely very busy, but they came through like professionals. I am satisfied with this outcome and have given them more stars.
