The man I talked to on your 1 800 number was by far the most rude individual I have ever talked to!! You should be ashamed to even employee someone like that. We were initially told that the light was wrong and a correct one would be sent out and it never was. When we called To check on this we got this terrible rude guy and he blamed us and even went so far as to say we never returned the item but we of course have proof that it was returned and signed for. So I called the sales line just so I wouldn’t have to talk the that rude person because the second time I called he interrupted me and put

My order was not completed on time, communication as to delays and issues was terrible, the equipment was not built as ordered, no solutions were offered, and the non-chalant almost "I don't care" attitude was/is VERY offensive.
