When I first met the homeowners, their goal was to remodel the kitchen using the same basic layout as the existing kitchen and to just purchase new cabinets and countertops. Upon visiting their home, I noticed a beautiful dining room area that was on the other side of the kitchen wall. I asked if this area was used as much as they wanted.

This is not recommended. A kitchen design in much like a jigsaw puzzle, where each piece must fit into the whole design. By all means, research your appliance choices and formulate your "wish list", but it is usually better not to purchase your appliances until the design has been finalized. The "work triangle" is the kitchen area from the refrigerator to the main cooking area to the main sink.

Was a waste of time trying to work with this store. I don't think they want to be bothered with doing business because they won't deliver a quote. I don't know how they even make money. Probably through contractors maybe, because they don't know how to deal with customers directly. Nelson was incredibly unhelpful and frankly, condescending. Will not return and I suggest you look elsewhere.

I stopped by here on a whim one day as I was coming back from Lowes pricing out cabinets and counter tops. We had met with Tanya who was fabulous and provided us with a quick mock up. Long story short, for unknown reasons Tanya up and left (in hind sight, I can't blame her). So we were left with Nelson, the owner of the company. We met with Nelson and he was rather arrogant and pushy. To the point that my wife was shocked I didn't walk out of the consultation. He really had a "I know better than you" kind of attitude and didn't want to or lacked the mental capacity to understand

Hi, Love my new cabinet. They were very helpful with what I requested. They had many styles to choose from and there prices were reasonable. They were in line with the local "Whole Sale" cabinet shop. Only problem was the computer went down while ordering so that added some confusion when the cabinet came in but all was good.
