Great practice. I did a lot of orthodontist comparing and switched to this office partway through our first child; we are on our fourth child with them. Dr. Larson will follow through until the issue is fixed, whatever it is. For one child, we are 18 months beyond what was anticipated and it has all been covered through the initial contract. And the staff are the best: delightful, fun, knowledgeable, committed.

Everything was great! Appointments were good, everyone was very nice, genuinely interested in your comments/concerns! Once the braces came off and payment was accepted... it was like I hadn't been going to see them for the past 2 1/2 years. I had my braces taken off... gave me a 6 month follow up, and i haven't heard a peep from them since! No call to see how everything's going...nothing.
