Lived there for 4 months and had to break my commitment due to a family emergency. I got 1/5 of my deposit back due to cleaning fees, and I can guarantee you I left it much cleaner than I received it. The only reason I got the 1/5 deposit back was because I wrote a letter with pictures how ridiculous they were being. I of course paid my commitment fee as I understand I had to leave early, no problem there.
Wasn’t worth the fight after that, but nonetheless don’t stay here, they clearly don’t respect there tenants
Did I mention they have a repair place next door? Don’t stay there if you

I love this place! Have been here for about 6 months. Gina the manager is very sweet. My credit isn't so good but they were willing to work with me. It's very clean here. NO BUGS. Neighbors are all nice. Also, if you have an issue of any sort they are right on top of repairing.

StoneCrest apartments are nice a quiet environment everyone minds there Business the manager Gina and Maria are very nice and come to my assistance every time I need their help over all everything is good me and my small family love it! It’s a gated community as well.

I have lived at Stonecrest Pointe Apartments for a year and half now and have had nothing but a good experience. Very well kept and clean at all times, repairs are made immediately and professionally after being reported, all staff and managment on grounds very polite, professional, courteous and helpful. Plenty of laundry facilities always available, the many laundry rooms kept very clean and neat at all times. The complex is always quiet and peaceful, with a family feeling and atmosphere. I have paid much more at other complexes that came nowhere near the excellent service and attention the staff

Moved in a few months ago, very quiet ,very peaceful ,great community to raise my children in I have no complaints management is great they have fixed everything in timely manner I've had one plumbing issue but was taken care of right away truely I'm happy with my new apartment thank you to stonecreast apartments management and staff for providing a great environment for my family

Clean. Stricktly managed. If you're not a problem tenant you won't have a problem. I feel safe and have East access to the city.
