Bought the bike of my dreams, $16,250 was putting $6000 down, after them lying about if I put $1000 more down instead of approx $6000 for maintenance and warranty I'd get it for only $1000 more. They added battery warranty that I had no clue about. The gps like lo jack that I had no clue of. After I said I do all maintenance myself, Im tired and there for hours and then rushed through paperwork. My bike after down should have been $9050 came to $18000. I had requested a refund for the extended warranty on a bike litterally 2 days after purchasing the bike. They still haven't given me a refund and everytime I call they make up some excuse and tell me I need to refill the paperwork.
They finally processed my refund 4 months after my initial request for the refund. I won't purchase from Ride now Phoenix again but if you are reading this review and you have money burning a hole in your pocket maybe you will

I can not thank Ryan from RideNow Power sports of Phoenix Arizona enough with helping with our purchase. This pandemic left us waiting for MONTHS for our new machine! Stopped in for status update and we were treated like family! Jeff was able to track down a car for us within minutes! Kyle in service fit us in for our aftermarket stuff and we had it in days! Of Ryan in finace made things SO easy. Then Alex went thru EVERYTHING with us. Even gave us his number to text if we had questions....can't say enough good things about the Ridenow team! If I could give TEN stars, I would!

DO NOT SERVICE ANYTHING HERE. THIS PLACE HAS NO CLUE WHAT THEY’RE DOING!
My ball and ramp assembly completely came out at a red light, my clutch play was never set, the clutch lock nut and tensioner was completely off. They broke my rear tail light completely off. There was supposed to be 2 bolts in the housing. Even my brake lines were routed wrong! I almost died going 50.
Scheduling was terrible, the Tech didn’t know the warranty process at all, and made me jump through hoops for weeks.
These people don’t care about your life, your money, and sure as heck not your motorcycle.

Sometimes we buy big ticket items without thinking it through or doing any research. This was one of those days. We had rented side x sides for a run through the desert and had the best time! We started looking at new and used ones and since the used were as much as brand new we headed down to Ride Now. We got the owners son as our salesperson. He is a nice kid but the worst salesperson. He had no answers to most of our questions, and was googling them as we talked. We did learn that there is a crazy build charge for a new one, so the price on the tag is not the price. Went to go look at a bike, originally about 4,959, the out the door price they gave me was over 7,500. Called an actual Honda dealership and they offered a price 1100 dollars less. When we went to the dealership and told them that we were originally at ride now the first words out their mouths were "oh, I'm sorry". This place is nice and clean but charges for fees that they can't even explain, and the same fees were put multiple times hidden throughout the bill. I recommend buying your bike literally anywhere else...

If there was an option for no star or a negative I'd have chosen that. Went in to go buy a pair of gloves, quick and easy sale but not soo much as I couldn't even walk into the store because I guess they pulled everything inside so when their magic hour of 6 o'clock came they could just shut the doors and walk out. As I was standing there looking to find a path to get back to the section where the gloves were an employee that was on his way out told me to go back out the front doors and go around to the side of the building and I could get in to where I needed to go from there but

Went today to buy a yxz 1000ss and not one sales person got off their butt to help. I get that they didn't have but they can definitely have made an up sale. If you want to make a sale then I would suggest you leave the office. Guess I will spend my 30k budget elsewhere. Wanted to buy stock and do all our add ons. Only person that greeted us was a nice mechanic. Guess I will find someone else who wants my business. Plus I want to up from my 660 raptor to the 2020 700.

Horrible, horrible customer service. How cocky do you have to be as a business to not call someone back regarding purchasing a vehicle? All the sales reps are useless, especially for online sales. Each location around town is the same. They're all horrible. Wanted to purchase my first bike, most likely cash (although I'd be open to financing) but I wouldn't know because - did I mention the sales staff sucks? No call backs. I inquired twice on bikes. Hope they close their doors or more competition comes to the valley. Go buy elsewhere.

Greg and team at RIDE NOW communicate quickly and make purchasing side by sides easy. I'm based in OC Cali but have a home in Havasu they have now sold me (2) Canam's and delivered both customized as I wanted to Lake Havasu they continue follow up with great service as I break these toys haha. Really Expensive. My last visit, I dropped a vehicle off for brake work. They quoted $120 for diagnosis and later quoted an additional charge of $282 to flush and bleed the brake lines. I paid their diagnosis fee, but took it to another shop which did the flush and bleed for $85.
I did business with them a few other times including purchasing a couple small ATVs. Each time I have felt like I was getting ripped off. The brake job quoted above was the last straw. I won't be back.

Totally worthless help. I purchased a Bikemaster 6N5.5-1D motorcycle battery on 8/10/20. The first problem was they didn't even add enough acid to the minimum level. Then, the 10A fuse blew. I contacted them today to inquire if I can get additional fuses for this battery since I'm having zero luck online or shopping local stores (ie Ace, Napa, Autozone, etc.). That was a waste of time to say the least. I indicate all of the info on the "Contact Us" and I get a call back today asking me if I want sales or parts. I went to purchase a new 2020 can-am and as soon as I went inside the customer service was awful, I asked to explain the difference between each can-am and a razor the guy didn't really tell me much. I was then sat down to fill out paper work for finance as soon as we got done he immediately said i wasn't going to get approved. Just so disrespectful never will I go back and to this place ever!

Worst place I've ever had to deal with. Manager is great at yelling at his employees and pretty good at being disrespectful, tossing my phone on his desk after he was done speaking to my bank about canceling a warranty that i didnt agree to on to my purchase. Couldn't care less about the issues i was having with my purchase of the side by side and it not running after my first trip out with it and telling me it was ready for purchase. I went to Ride Now Phoenix a few weeks ago looking for a 2018 RZR XP4 1000. My family and I walked around outside for 20 minutes looking at units. No one came to offer assistance. We proceeded inside to look at units and hoped to talk to someone about their best out the door price. We walked the store and waited for someone to acknowledge us or offer to help, after 20-40 minutes we walked out. We live in the neighborhood and hoped we could find a dealer to work with to get the unit and service it in the future, but the crew on Labor Day wasn't interested helping us out. At least I got acknowledged
