Absolutely ridiculous that they are enforcing masks on our children. County Executive has left it up to small businesses and NO the Governor does not have the final say. It’s ridiculous.

Great place for kids to go and play. Zipline was fun. Rock climbing. Trampoline areas. And arcade. There are a few activities geared towards older kids like bumper cars and lazer tag. You can bring ur toddler but better for older kids like 4yrs old and up. Fun place for them to run around and play especially on a cold winter day when you cannot be outdoors.

This place was DISGUSTING!!!!!!!! I asked if I needed to pay for myself to take my 1 and 2 year old to the toddler zone. They charged me and there was nothing for me to even do with them. I payed to literally… stand there or go in for a sec to assist because my babies are young but the sign said no adults inside so why charge me. The ladies at the front desk are CLUELESS!!!!! GARBAGE EVERYWHERE!!

$30 for a 2 year old to bounce for an hour... people at the front desk were very clueles for the most part. Only 3 trampolines in the place. Other obstacles were there but for a bounce there should more than 3 trampolines.. and complete chaos in a very busy area... would not recommend. Upstate locations are much more friendly and easy going

What a waste. The place is now 1/3 the size with incompetent entrance procedure. Instead of the old way with a lot of computers to sign wavers and just bring your receipt to pay, I waited on line for 30 minutes to pay to get in. They have 1 trampoline arena, and 1 dodgeball. ITS PACKED and the staff has NO CONTROL over the kids that are racing and running through everything BUT YET they want to charge full price and the cost went up. !/3 the size and more expensive. DO NOT GO, there are a lot of better choices

It's just for kids! Adults just enjoy watching your kids have fun. And they really do. It's nice enough, kid-friendly, attractive to their eyes. The only thing missing which is shown in their website is the foam pit, there's none

They used to be SO much better. Let's start off with how small the place is. Last time I went it was huge and had more variety. Now there's only 3 trampoline sections you can jump in" Basketball, dodgeball, and free jumping. Secondly, management is TERRIBLE. One manager stated that we weren't even able to defend ourselves if we were being hit. There was nothing exciting about this whole experience, I regret paying for the 2 hour one. If you really don't want to go to another trampoline place then go for the cheapest option because you WONT have any fun here. I will admit though, everyone at the

If I can give 0 star I will.. very slow service and not too smart.. I came from NJ to be here because of the kid’s birthday party.. we booked 3:15 with 7 kids we arrived 3:05 and be online waiting for to get the tickets.. it took 45 minutes to get all the tickets already and go inside.. and we only have lest than 30 mins to play. but we paid for 1hour and 30 mins. It’s really need to be improved the service

Very unpleasant experience, now there are no very small sponge pools, only half of the original size. Especially we wear non-slip socks ourselves, but they have to let those who buy them. This is mandatory consumption, which is unreasonable. I don’t like it here and will never come again. I’m not happy! ! !

We had our sons birthday party here. All the staff were so attentive and sweet. They had the event own to a science, so all participants can enjoy every part of the place. The private room comfortably seated all our guests and family. LOVE THIS PLACE!

Matt and Max were awesome! So super patient with both my kids. Everything was constantly being cleaned and staff overall were friendly

Had my son's birthday party here. The staff was wonderful. Very attentive and hospitable. The kids had a great time. I highly recommend Bounc3!

Kids friendly, clean! I will take my girls there again. I like it was not super crowded.
