We were very satisfied with the sales and finance dept at B & R Campers. They were very good at explaining the ins and outs of the equipment used in the camper. However their cleaning dept needs quite a bit of work. The fridge and bathroom were left as is from previous and not cleaned at all. Other than that, we are very satisfied with our buying experience.

To start with, we shopped...for a long time with other dealers to include the big conglomerates. We found B&R on RV Trader and decided to give it a try. We called Shawn and Tracy and talked over the phone first. They assured us there was going to be no pressure. We drove over to Theodore from Okaloosa County and all I could think was I was going to have to be the bad guy and stop the pressure sale. My soulmate, Mary, sometimes doesn't know how to say NO because being negative will upset the balance of nature and hurt the butterflies. Crazy thing is, there was no pressure. The first time we looked at a Jayco Jay Feather 24bh the salesman (Tracy), never pressured us. He respected that we were in a rush the day we looked at it. He gave us a fair trade value, and we are very pleased with everything. Financing went extremely easy. The parts area was very helpful. I hope I don’t need them anytime soon but if I do I would gladly go back and refer anyone their way.

Very nice. Campers all open. Did not have to have salesperson tagging along. This way can take time to look at all. And not what they just want to show you. All have the prices inside of what it will cost you a month to purchase also have pricing fir rent to own. Trailers are very nice. And had salesmen ladies would check periodically if we needed any questions answered. Nice group of people.

From the first day we stepped on the lot till the day we pulled our new 261BHXL home we were treated like family. Tracy was our salesman, I told him what our budget was and what we were looking for. If I could give them more stars I would. First off it's a small family business, which I'm all for supporting. Secondly every single person we encountered were simply amazing. From the sales reps, to the mechanics, and even the owner himself. This wasn't a quick buy either. My husband and I researched and conversed with Shawn and Ashton for a month before we purchased a unit. They were quick to answer everything, anything they couldn't immediately answer they found out for us. We drove out of state to pick it up because they made us that comfortable and the unit was that FANTASTIC of a buy. Seriously

First off I have no idea why Trish B. gave this place a one star... I have several friends and co workers who only come to B&R campers for all their needs. They give you a $100 credit for referrals if you have a friend who ends up purchasing an RV from them. I purchased my first RV from them last year. They were very helpful and gave a good price for it. I searched the entire internet religiously for months afterward making sure I didn't get hosed and it seems like unless I wanted to drive to Alaska or Montana for the same RV, the price I paid was on par or several thousands less.
