You can't get any better than Rach! She is wonderful in all ways...peels, facials, massage, waxing, products, etc. Plus, she carries Biodroga which is the most dreamy product line ever for sensitive skin. Rachel and all she does is a game changer. Don't look any further. She knows her stuff, is meticulous, and is always pleasant to be around. Highly recommend!!!!

I lived in Europe for six years and had access to amazing aestheticians. When I lived in San Diego, I waited for six months to get into the aesthetician who had the reputation for being the best in town. Now back in Kansas City, I'm thrilled, because Rachel exceeds them all! I feel so fortunate to have access to her superb services.

Rachel is the bombdotcom of hair removal. Hot wax feels great going on and not too bad coming off. A middle aged guy like me can go buy all these fancy brow, nose and ear trimmers and what not, but why do that when Rachel has you covered like a shade tree? She does spa treatments, too. Awesome stuff.

I agree with the other yelpers, Rachel is very nice and professional. She does a great job with my brows which can be hard to tame! Her office is a little hard to find, but once you do, it's very nice. Not a large space, but it's adequate.

She is amazing! I've been to a lot of places in the KC area and after finding Lotus through Groupon, I go nowhere else...even if I find other Groupons. I've had a range of things done...waxing, facials, body treatments...and everything was great.

Rachel is my go-to gal for waxing. She's professional, very personable & her pricing is less than (or very competetive to) most places in town. She makes things as painless & quick as possible.

Getting my brows and lip done is usually one of those things I put off until I start looking like my Oma (German Grandma). I have sensitive skin and (even with threading) will break out and then stay red for hours like I have been attacked with a red sharpie by IT (the clown).

Rachel has cured 2.5 of the 3 issues that keeps me from containing the brows as they should be. I no longer break out in those little whiteheads the next day, and it is relatively painless to the point where I don't dread going. The Studio is in a tricky location. It is located on the 2nd floor in the Dunn Designs building, off the corner of Bell and Westport (43rd). The entrance is located off Bell Street. Just follow along the side of the building until you get to a black awning and a gate. You'll see two apartment-like doors. Enter the door on the right.

(P.S. Between the doors, there is a plaque with a number of businesses listed with arrows pointing to which door you enter...except the Lotus Skin Care Studio plaque has no arrow.)

Wonderful service! You won't find any place better! Rachel is professional and her studio is very warm and welcoming. I have been to many places for facials, but she is hands down the best there is and uses the best products available. Thanks Rachel!
