I've been coming here for years and referred my whole family. Missy is a great addition to the team! I value their expertise when choosing frame styles, etc... I also need to mention Tara in billing dept, she is very patient and always makes sure you are getting the maximum benefit from your insurance company.

Coming up on 11 weeks to get my 2 week set of glasses. Checked in multiple times but nothing. No contact or updates in weeks. Pathetic and unacceptable! Next week I'll try to get my money back and be done with these people.
Let me tell you about my sunglasses. They DID come in after 2 weeks. Missy called me and asked me to come in to get fitted. After making an appointment, I took off work and came in to get fitted. I was told my sunglasses didn't pass inspection the night before and had to be sent back. I had to return at another time.
Nice people but...... Never again.

I wish i could give 0 star I went their for eye check up. Doctor Bhalani was in hurry even i asked him to slow down but he was changing the lenses so fast that i could not focus and gave me wrong prescription. Then he write the prescription i paid cash and then went to costco and got 4 new pairs and now all of them have to be replaced. Doctor Bhalani gave me wrong prescription for my eyes i was having sharp pain in around my eyes and cannot focus today i tried my old glasses and i feel relaxed again.
If you care about your eyes dont go here. I hope management will read that

I’ve been going to one particular place for years and always thought the staff was unfriendly in a cold shoulder kind of way. This year I decided it was time for a change. I have to say that Mechanicsburg Eye was a good choice. The staff have personality, a sense of humor and were knowledgeable. All positive things that encourage me to come back next year. Thanks for the great care!

Dr. Leitzel and his staff provide an excellent customer experience. Tara is so helpful if I have any issues with my insurance and Hans goes way above and beyond in the service he provides. I have some very specific requirements for eye protection and he comes up with solutions that cover every aspect of those needs. I am so comfortable that I let him pick frames for me and he is always looking out and making suggestions that have all worked out so well. Service after my purchases is excellent and his level of dedication to the customer experience is extremely hard to find these days. I can go anywhere

I just had my eye exam today, first time using this office and I'd rate them 10/10. All staff members are friendly. Dr Bhalani was very attentive, made sure I had my questions answered and knowledgeable about his stuff. Then I had an appointment with Hans the optician. Top notch service! I couldn't be happier. Waiting for my new prescription glasses to be ready in a couple of weeks. I will be going there from now on.

For me getting glasses is a big commitment. I wear them every day! I debated buying online, but I’m happy I bought my glasses from Mechanicsburg eye associates. They were incredible helping me find the right pair. When they came in, they made sure they were fitted perfectly to my face. My glasses are so comfortable, I forgot I was wearing them. PLUS, when I had a small mishap! They were soooo helpful getting them replaced! I will always get my glasses from them. They go above and beyond for their customers!

I’m disappointed with this place but I will say, it has nothing to do with the staff. The staff was kind and professional. I am just disappointed and feel as if this business does not properly code insurance and over charges their customers. I have been going to several eye doctors in the area and have never paid as much as I did at this place. I paid well over 80% more going here than my usual office. I only went here because I wanted to address an eye concern but it was met only with “let’s just change the lens”. If it were that easy, i would of stayed with my normal ophthalmologist.
