Dr Nguyen is such an awesome Dermatologist. I've been with him since 2014. He takes his time with his patients and always addresses my concerns. After suffering for years with severe plaque psoriasis he was finally a doctor willing to get me on a biologic. Humira has been a game changer and giving me a wonderful quality of life. He also spotted skin cancers on me and was quick to get them removed. I'm doing a little laser with him right now and couldn't be happier with results! Riverside is lucky to have him!! His staff are great also.

I have go there for my dry skin problem also other skin problem. He even did not trust my doctor who prescribed a medicine for my condition by saying they did not produce this medicine gel. I showed him the picture of the tube I had and also showed the prescription from the Kaiser app. He still insisted and made the people in the office to look into that medicine gel instead of treating the patient. In addition, he did not do any medical exam to diagnose my skin condition, he only looked and talked with me in a very disrespectful way. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Love this business. Raincross Dermatology has been such a professional and enjoyable place for me to go and have my procedure. Monique is such an awesome office manager and M.D. Nguyen has a true concern for his patients. Patient health is first. Dr. Nguyen has been great. A couple years ago I came in with what he diagnosed as sehborric dermatitis on my scalp. He was quick and gave me a prescription that worked. Was a quick in out deal

Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE. Didn’t even get to sit down without the receptionist asking if I had an appointment. I went for a prescription with no appointment and she was very rude snobby and looked at me like I was stupid. The lady told me they didn’t have any openings until December and I asked if they were busy, clearly there were only 2 people in the waiting room and she sarcastically smirked and said they were busy. I told her how unprofessional she was and left after she told me they were booked until December again there were only 2 ladies in the waiting room. Went to another dermatology
