I cannot recommend the Minteer team enough. The entire team delivered white glove service from start to finish. I had to handle the majority of the selling process while in another state and the team was transparent, helpful and communicative. Even after a potential buyer backed out over the weekend, the team had the house active within hours and I had another offer a few days later. This was a very challenging sale! We had lots of problems with the buyer's lender sticking to the schedule. We had at lease 4 changes concerning dates of the appraisal and the closing. The Minteer Real Estate Team handled each incident with professionalism and was able to get the buyer's lender to realize that, I, the seller, was being affected with every change that they made. It was not easy, but the Minteer Team successfully got the appraisal and the closing done in a timely manner. We would recommend this team to everyone! They know this business in and out!
