We can organize a complete and customized plan of care for both geriatric and pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes based on individual situation: advanced age, temporary or long-term physical or mental disability, recovery from surgery or illness; and children with autistic or behavioral needs, including ADD or ADHD.Tailor-made services are available for a couple of hours a day or week to round-the-clock, 24-hour care.

We are constant hiring ILS Workers, (Independent Living Skills Training). The ILS Training Worker is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring of support plans based on company guidelines. Skills teaching which includes budgeting, community integration, social skills, and housekeeping skills.
Anyone can enjoy our services as long as they have a physician's order for the type of services they want. They must also have the consent of family members. For Medicaid and insurance paid services, a County Social Worker and/or Public Health Nurse's assessment of need will be required as well. For private-pay clients, our RNs are able to do a thorough assessment of need following the physician's order.
