At StraightForward Fence Company we specialize in all types of fence installation, including residential, commercial and industrial. In addition, we also install aluminum, vinyl and wrought iron railing. Our company is owner operated and we take pride in all of the services we offer. We use only quality materials and honest hardworking technicians.
Our clients have told us it is very helpful to be able to look at some pictures of the different styles of fences and accessories that are available to them. The aluminum product that we recommend is made by Alumi-Guard. Our PVC is Hometown Vinyl, manufactured by SCIW Fence Products. We also offer Jerith Aluminum for those customers who prefer the Jerith name.

Absolutely terrible company to deal with, zero communication from office staff and refused to come out to correct a number of issues. From my first impression I thought the office staff was completely a nightmare, but the sales guy and owner sounded professional and knowledgeable so I figured that I may have to deal with some office screw ups but I would at least have a quality job done. What a mistake. The quote was finalized and ordered in the beginning of April and I was told it would take 3 months to get the materials in due to manufacturing/shipping delays. Sure, no problem. Four months pass

StraightForward Fence did a great job installing a Vinyl Fence for my backyard. The job was completed efficiently and I have no complaints.
Shortly after the instal we got historically bad rain storms, this caused some of the asphalt around one of the fence post near my driveway to wash away. I let them know and they came back out to patch it up no questions asked. I highly recommend.

If I could give this company no stars I would!! Gary came out to our home on 4/22 only after the reminder call I made after 4pm for a scheduled appointment between 1-3. This appointment was confirmed the day before by the office staff but was told they put our folder in Friday’s appointment slot??🚩
Gary came out and was very friendly. We showed him the areas to be fenced, picked out the style we were interested in and here we are 3 weeks later still haven’t heard one word from them!🚩 I have called 2x both times being told “I’ll put your file on Gary’s desk” and still nothing

I thought they did a good job installing my fence about three years ago. However, after a year and a half, three of my fence posts are now leaning due to water and wind. Of course, I’m out of warranty so I’ll have to pay to get this problem fixed. I’ve been trying to get some one at straightforward to return my call for months now. When I did get someone on the phone last year, they were too busy with installs to worry about these issues. Clearly, I’ll find another company or handyman that can fix their work because at this point they lost my business, future business and there’s no chance
