I have hated numbers since childhood, so when it comes to providing my numbers to an accountant, I am a nightmare come true! But I have always liked writing, so the least I can do here is to say a huge thank you to David Woods for his extreme professionalism and patience with me. I was slow, he was fast! I was forgetful, but he was right there thinking for me!!!
