Steer clear of this company for any plumbing services. We have a cabin that was rarely used and the water developed a terrible sulfur smell. We contacted Shaw Brothers and they recommended a tankless water heater. Expensive but it worked great and resolved the sulfur smell immediately! Problem was they neglected to tell us the system needed to be vented or at the least we needed a door that could vent the the air and the unit began leaking. This was a unit less than 2 year old ...they did not give us a warranty and to make matters worse they said they told us we needed to vent it and came up with
