He then told me what I was facing and started cleaning put my basement. Within hours he had all the furniture, gym equipment, books and etc. off the floor and placed in dry areas.

It's so unfortunate that Water Pro continues to be a disappointment by now tailor making this experience by now outright lying. Their response to this complaint continues to show the dishonesty & lack of integrity. My family & I spoke with the home owner after the incident & after we explained to the landlord what REALLY was said & what REALLY happened she was in agreement that we not only didn't want to do business with this company but we for sure didn't want him back in our home!! WE then found another contractor & our now enjoying our new floors done by a
