John and Janis have been taking pictures for over 40 years. They have been taking pictures in the Mt. Vernon area for over 30 years and they are widely respected. Their daughter, Jodi, is a graduate of Mount Vernon Nazarene College and frequently assists them. Jodi enjoys working with people in the office and loves to do digital photography.
Seavolt's Studio pride themselves in providing a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We try to capture the true personalities of each and every senior. Remember, you are only a senior once. They did our wedding ceremony photos and my cousin (with no real experience as a photographer had just started doing it as a hobby a few months before) did our reception photos and they turned out 10x better! Seavolts photos looked rushed and careless we got photos back where my and or my husband were t looking at the camera of had an odd look on our face. One pic had or 5 month old son crying in it. I think a new and up coming photographer would put more effort and care into the quality of their work than someone who is successful enough they can slide by on their name alone and not worry if they
