Above & Beyond Home Health Care and Hospice offers a variety of home care services for patients within a 50-mile radius of Monticello, Iowa. This includes the Eastern Iowa counties of Jones, Delaware, Dubuque, Jackson, Cedar, Linn, Clayton, and Johnson. Our Home Health Care services in Eastern Iowa include: nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and many other services.

It is without question that movement or activity is a prominent part to aging healthy and helping to avoid chronic and/or debilitating diseases as you age.
Skilled nurses are licensed, professional nurses that make an initial evaluation to determine the individual needs of the patient. The nurses are able to provide a variety of specialized nursing skills and teachings of health conditions and clinical procedures in order for patients to learn to care for their own needs independently.

Above & Beyond has offered the upmost in professional and compassionate services for my Mother. I could not have asked for a better home health service, and now hospice care. In time of need, uncertainty and sickness, they do exactly what they say… they go Above & Beyond, not only for the patient but they have always offered me a shoulder to cry on, a word of encouragement and they are always available to me 24/7. And a special shout out to my team in Monticello, Iowa, thanks for all you do! Love you all!

We have used the services for both my brother and currently, my father. They are so helpful and friendly and I am not sure we could have gone through what we did without them. Their professionalism was amazing yet we felt like they were our family. I am so grateful for Above & Beyond. I would recommend them to everyone.

These people are incredible , mom's nurse lynsey, bath aid (cna) Chelsea, Johanna and Meagan as well as Jim who comes to watch over mom, and the nurse who comes on days lyndsey is on vacation. I can't thank you all enough for everything you guy's do, i wouldn't be able to do this without all of you!

The people we have met at Above and Beyond regarding our Mother entering Hospice have been great. They are very knowledgeable and respectful. This is all new to our family so hearing about the care she will receive is very positive.

The care of our family member by the staff of Above & Beyond is truly heartwarming and sincere in every regard. I came here from Virginia to assist with the care of my mother and I have never seen or experienced such unequaled professionalism and superior expertise by a health care staff! Never ever did I expect such excellence after seeing considerably less from where I live. Every team member from Above & Beyond was polite, considerate, knowledgeable, dependable, enthusiastic, and caring in the highest nature.
