The front office staff was all kind and friendly and the clinical staff doing the injections was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely informative! As soon as I sat down, Michelle instantly made me feel comfort by letting me know they're going to be perfect. They all say that, I know, but this time, she was right! I left the clinic so happy again!

I had subscribed to their monthly massage package. My credit card was stolen and 2 months went by without anyone notifying me to update my credit card. I gave them a new credit card the next time I was in their office and paid for two months' service. Not only did the woman at the front desk not inform me of their $35 late fee policy, but she actually processed the credit card transaction that included this late fee and handed me the receipt for signature. My experience with Sydney for a microneedling session was very good. She was nice and explained every step as she did it. Seen little to no results with a full syringe of restylane. So after seeing little results to no results I decided to get another syringe from them since they had a deal on Groupon. Which Groupon allowed me to buy and the ignorant old front desk lady with the very thinning hair said it shouldn’t have, yet it did. They rescheduled my appointment without notifying me. After I've seen a woman stormed out bc she got up charged I then proceeded to ask to make sure I was getting the same price as the Groupon and they just wanted to rush me and prep me and I told them no I still needed to be 100% sure but then later on told me it's a different price, even though on the Groupon disclaimer says it's For LIPS. She wanted to put restylane Lyft on my lips. Why would you put restylane lift on my lips if it's meant for the cheeks? Waste of time, uncomfortable setting.

I have been seeing Michelle for almost a year now and she is very informational on injections and spends as much time as she needs to ensure what’s best and educates you on everything you need to know. The office itself is always very clean and organized. They offer a wide range of medical / esthetic services and I feel very comfortable and safe in this environment.

The massage was the worst I've ever had. The massage therapist did not listen to me. I requested more of a deep tissue massage. He basically just rubbed me. When I said you could use a little more pressure he applied extreme pressure in the arch of me foot with his thumb intentionally causing pain and told me I couldn't take deep pressure . He also focused a lot on stretching me, which I don't need nor did I request. I told him I don't like to have my legs massaged which he did anyway, not really massaged but rubbed, stretched and yanked. I paid for a 90 minute massage. I was there before my appointment

I got 100 units of Dysport here with 0 results. I literally look like NOTHING was done. I have had Dysport many times and have always been happy. I went back for a follow up and they tried to sell me more units @ $10 per unit. Decided to go somewhere else. It was a waste of time and money. Can not believe they stay in business.

I proceeded to give them mine and my friends info (I bought her one as a gift too). Today, our appointments were for noon. It's 9AM and their manager calls me saying I can't come and use the groupon because I have been here for a massage in September 2020. Excuse me, what? I'm really surprised this place has such good reviews maybe I was just unlucky here. I bought a groupon (maybe thats where I went wrong) for 4 or 6 treatments I forget. I bought it right before covid hit so I had to wait months to get in (not their fault) My first couple appointments were good then my tech lady switched and I was once left in a room for almost 30 min and had to reschedule (people make mistakes right, they forgot about me) I called and told manager and she apologized and offered 2 extra treatments no cost to make up. So I originally went to this place for the first time September 2018 with Groupon for hair removal six sessions. I started the sessions and at first the first couple were going fine so I decided to purchase other treatments for something different. I requested Kybella injections (three viles) and then six skin tightening to kind of go with the Kybella under the chin.
