Worst experience I've had. I ordered flowers through a third party. They had given the order to cityside. I had given them 24 hour notice of what I needed. They guaranteed delivery by 5 o'clock the next day. Needless to say this did not happen. Not only did they not deliver the flowers when they were supposed to but they called my customer who I was surprising the flowers with and asked if they could deliver the flowers tomorrow. So yes they ruined the surprise by contacting them and did nothing to compensate me. Worst experience ever trying to make a good impression.

Long story short they delivered the flowers on time and arranged them beautifully according to the picture online. However, the flowers were not fresh and were browning.
