Very frustrating experience trying to look for lamps here. Aggressive and unfriendly approach by a male salesperson as soon as I walked in the door. A softer approach letting me look would have been appreciated. I needed to remove my mask so he could hear me but he refused the same courtesy. Did not get a chance to tell him I have a significant hearing loss and read lips. I Did not feel my business was welcome.

Home Lighting was extremely responsive and the customer follow up was fabulous. I highly recommend them. We had a simple request to order a glass shade and they made it a priority. We attempted to work with another local company but had a poor experience.

We had to ask for service. The lady at the desk acted like we were interrupting her day. The fixtures are unique and worth looking at.

Drove there and they wouldn't open the door. There was a sign they would open after the parade. The parade was over, they had people in the store looking at us look in the store and they wouldn't respond. I drove an hour to get there to be treated like that, never again
