I met Dr. Kim 15 and a half years ago at another dental office. I had a bad problem at the time with a bridge. Doctor fixed it and I was impressed with his attitude and I liked the work he did on my teeth. I told him, "if you ever have your own office, I want to be your patient there, too." And so here I am at this beautiful new office.

After years worth of services done here and second opinions, I decided to update my review. Brian dental care staff members are extremely sweet and helpful. My ultimate experience comes from the quality of the skills which altered my dental health.
I developed dental anxiety as each and every time I had a filling placed in my early twenties here, it became so painful for a long time. I would inform the dentist that they may be shaving my tooth too close to my nerve which causes irritation. I would stop her and ask if she's too close. She said no. I had amazing teeth and maybe a few cavities

I knew I needed root canal/crowns and tried this place based on reviews and Groupon after trying to find a dentist to replace the one I have been going to for over 30 years (now semi-retired).. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was one of the best I have ever had so highly recommended. The female dentist did a good job on the crown that she did but Dr. Brian not so much. The crown he did has been criticized by a few other dentists now. He also told his receptionists to charge me extra right in front of me for no reason at all even though I had a Groupon and did the exact same procedure twice.

Took me in last minute with a tooth ache. Went above and beyond listening to my concerns and addressing the issue. Costs were discussed upfront so there were no surprises. I haven't been here in years but I remember this office going above and beyond for cleanliness but since Covid, I feel it's even better. I felt 100% safe and am grateful for the doctor and staff. If shopping around, you'll be completely satisfied, probably even more than satisfied, with their work.

I've done braces here and now that I have taken those off, I have to say I am absolutely satisfied with the results. Dr. Lee, Karina and Amber are the real rockstars for me! I needed to find a good local dentist and found this place on Groupon and have been coming here since. Probably the best dental experience you can have! My husband and I have been going to Brian Dental Care for 8 years now since we moved to CA. Always a pleasant experience! I hate going to dentist (who loves to?), the staff there makes me as comfortable as I can be though I'm sweating inside :) We live 40 mins away and don't mind the drive at all.

Okay. I have a serious problem. I am horrible at following up. Thus, I haven't gone to the dentist in a long-time. Nevertheless, this past week, I committed to visiting Brian Dental Care for my cleaning and checkup.

Hands down the best dentist I have ever seen! After years of pro sports and losing many a tooth I was having chronic mouth issues, Dr. Kim was patient, kind and empathetic to my situation and worked with me to fix my mouth.

Dr. Li and her dental assistant Yanni? (I can't remember) were to the point, honest about my x-rays, trustworthy and easy to talk too! Now if you are a groupon hunter for dentistry then you know its not easy finding this gem of a place, I've been rushed out with bad cleanings (my teeth wouldn't be completely cleaned) but the dental assistant went above and beyond and even was careful not to nick my gums and cause bleeding which other dentists will try and intentionally do that to upsell you... Good treatment but too much business for a patient. For example, temporary crown easily escapes, so I came back after weekend then re-glue(cement?) by re-appointment, but Dr. Kim made a claim as the emergency treatment case. And he did not sorry about the inconvenience of returning and the claim too. Also I was too forced to pay before the treatment was over. So I paid the full amount before the treatment was completed.

My friend recommended me Brian Dental care and we started going there. Dr.Brian Kim is very reliable, skillful and thoughtful. All my kids love him. The office is very nice and clean. All the assistants are very nice and professional. Dr. Kim do all the area for the dental treatment, so I don't have to go to the other office to do the root canal or something. The office has all the new high technologies, so you feel like you are in the most latest dental office. The fee is very reasonable even though we have no insurance.
