When you have a big air conditioning problem - like an air conditioner that quits during the hottest day of summer - it goes without saying that you'll call for service. Smaller air conditioning problems are easier to ignore, but this is the last thing you should do. By calling for service as soon as you notice the symptoms of an ailing cooling system you can prevent the expense and inconvenience of a big repair job.

Was having an issue with my outside unit, so I called several companies to get multiple opinions on what the issue may be. Martin was the original company that installed the unit, so they had a sticker on the unit requesting to call for any needed services. After speaking with a lady at the office twice, I was assured that a technician would be calling back shortly to set up an appointment. Nearly a week later, I am waiting to get my phone call. Needless to say, the issue has been corrected by another company.
