We provide a wide variety of tree removal services. Our certified arborists and ground staff have the knowledge, safety training and equipment to safely remove trees of any size or circumstance from your landscape with efficiency and care.

For improvement of safety, aesthetics, and health, including recovery from severe weather damage, for establishment of a view corridor, for maintenance of a hedge or alle', as well as specialty pruning such as pleaching or pollarding.Involves the installation of brass and copper conductors to "ground" the lightning away from the tree.
Services
We're prepared to assist with tree concerns related to construction, decline, disease, or insect problems, property lines, identification, safety, storm damage, and water issues. We encourage and support pro-active care and early involvement when considering construction that may sever roots or compact soil.
Diagnosis generally involves a site visit and a thorough understanding of the site history. Sampling and lab testing of plant tissue, soil and foliar analysis, and/or root excavation may also be necessary. The addition of essential elements is often required in lawn environments where we disrupt the natural replenishment of minerals by removing leaves.
Kristina used the acronym S.A.F.E.R which was coined by an urban forester named Midlos 'Mik' Lestyan to help communicate the Benefits of Trees. Tree are beautiful & are admired year-round for their various characteristic such as leaves, bark, flowers, fruit & branching structure. Properly planted trees improve values, help save on energy bills by cooling homes & blocking winds.
The following poem was written by Donald Blair - a gentleman I met early in my climbing days. I had purchased from his company and was influenced by the Oak/Euk Man peom which I've included below. I've had the pleasure of meeting and speaking with Mr. Blair at Shigo workshops and memorial. We were also attendees of the 1993 Arlington National Cemetery Day of Service.
Now hiring high climbers for a year-round position for general tree work. Requirements include a pre-hire skills test, valid, clean Class B driver's license (or willingness to attain), First Aid/CPR certificate or within 2 months of hire, MCA or CT Arborist License or attainment within one year of hire.

They are a family owned business of wonderful people who have been in the business for many years and do an excellent job on every site from a house call to maintaining things at the Mount! Very professional and easy to work with and organized.

We had Race Mountain do some tree work in our backyard. Not only were they knowledgeable and friendly, the also were very professional. When they were done at the end of the day you would have never known that a tree crew was there at all.
