I'm very disappointed in this company. We just bought a new house and they did the well inspection and our pump suddenly stopped working about a month after living here and they refused to come and check the problem. It is under warranty and they didn't want to make a simple phone call to explain the work that needed to be done. I even offered to call and have the repair man on speaker and I would take care of the rest. They just said "they don't do warranties" and then when I explained I would pay up front it was just speaking into the speaker of my phone what the issue was so I can get reimbursed
