Williams Chiropractic & Decompression Center, P.C. is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and quality chiropractic care to residents in the Triad region of North Carolina. We have been operating out of our current location on West Market Street in Greensboro since 2003. Dr. Williams has been in business since 1998 when he joined his father Dr. Marc Williams who was a chiropractor for over 36 years and is now retired.

Because of Williams Chiropractic conservative approach to patient care and treatment, medical doctors understand that he will only schedule patients for the number of visits necessary to address the problematic condition and, most importantly, if the patient turns out to not be a candidate that will benefit from chiropractic care, the practice will then provide a referral to the appropriate professional who can help.
An 'ADJUSTMENT' is a term meaning specific manipulation of one or more spinal or other malfunctioning joints. We are the only triad office to provide the safe gentle "PulStar" computerized adjustment! Doctors of chiropractic spend years learning to examine the spine and understand the complex motions of the vertebrae.
How long care takes generally depends on the injury or condition you suffer with. Obviously, the more complicated the case or severe the injury, the longer care will take. It can also depend on your age - older patients have more arthritic changes and less elasticity in the muscles and ligaments and will usually respond more slowly than younger patients.

This place has been awesome. The first thing is the service. The staff is very warm and inviting. They remember your name and get you in and out. They always a joy to be around. Williams Chiropractic is the way to go for all of your chiropractic and decompression needs if you live in Greensboro! I've been struggling with a lower back issue for a while and they were able to quickly diagnose what was wrong and explained everything in detail! They have provided me with several appropriate treatment methods which are already starting to make a difference after just 2 visits! Absolutely 100% recommend Williams Chiropractic. Came in weeks ago and couldn’t even stand up straight after a lifting accident. Thoughts of surgery were up in the air but after the excellent individualized treatment here I am feeling back to my normal active self and have avoided that dreaded surgery!! Staff is phenomenal and truly care about their patients! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
