I was referred by a friend and am still waiting to get the job done they tore my kitchen apart 2 weeks ago and my phone calls get ignored we called our insurance company and they said they were waiting on D E C when I called our contractor he tells me they are waiting on my insurance company so I'm being lied too by someone I would not recommend these guys too anyone. If you are looking for a great dependable company that is prompt, professional and works in a timely manner as well as very responsive!!! Look no further than DEC Water Restoration! I had water damage at my home last month and I called DEC ! They came out the same day and started the process immediately! I had the honor and privilege of meeting Michael Hoffmann from the Catastrophe Response Team. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and was able to get me all the answers that I needed before the work got started ! He was very responsive when I called or text with questions !

Beware of this company if they are doing any type of construction work to your home.
The project manager I dealt with was non responsive and seems to tell you only what you want to hear to get you off the phone. He never followed up on any of the work being done. I had to call him to find out why things were not getting done and to complain on how the sub-contractors they use did low quality work and then he would send someone else to try and fix the problem and then the process would start over as every time a sub-contractor working for DEC came out it would cause another problem that would

I cannot say this has been a great experience. To start with, we were assured that not only would we have to only pay the deductible and have no other out of pocket expenses and that they would deal directly with the insurance company for us. While some things were eventually fixed, it was almost like pulling teeth to get things done and over 4 months in, we still have repairs that need to be replaced. The crew who originally worked on our roof honestly worked their tails off. However, they put the wrong shingles on and this is still an ongoing battle. Also, we were informed that no work could

Long story but they were used to reclaim a room after a pipe burst. They then talked us into using them on our insurance claim. They had us sign something that let them cash the insurance check without us cosigning it. The problem came because they did move out old furniture, rip up carpet and install new flooring, they also ripped out carpet on stairs, supplied carpet and installed carpet on the stairs but we bought and supplied the flooring for the actual room.
